- RAMONA’S Jalapeno Houmous
- Sourdough Bread
- Watercress Salad
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Chilli Flakes (Optional)
Cut the sourdough loaf into slices. Toast each slice, using your preferred method.
2.Smother each slice with a generous helping of Ramona's Jalapeno Houmous.
3.Top each slice with a portion of watercress salad and a small handful of pomegranate seeds.
4.Garnish with cracked black pepper and chilli flakes (optional).
