Houmous
- How long does your houmous last once opened?
- Our Heavenly Houmous should last the stated shelf life on the lid of the container, should it be stored correctly in a chilled environment, closed tightly, and handled in a hygienic manner. Once opened we would recommend consuming within a few days. We recommend not eating out of the container, not double dipping or contaminating the product in any way but if you are ever unsure then you should discard the product. We do not recommend that you freeze the houmous.
- Can I freeze your houmous?
- We do not recommend freezing our houmous as it can negatively affect the texture of the product once defrosted.
- Are your houmous tubs recyclable?
- Yes, you can recycle our tubs.
- Is your houmous gluten free?
- Yes, our Heavenly Houmous is gluten free.
- Is your houmous vegan?
- Yes, our Heavenly Houmous is suitable for vegans.
Falafel
- Is your falafel gluten free?
- Yes, our Fabulous Falafels are gluten free.
- Is your falafel vegan?
- Yes, our Fabulous Falafels are suitable for vegans.
- Can I freeze your chilled falafel?
- We do not recommend that you freeze our chilled falafel. If you are interested in a frozen falafel then we have a frozen range of Fabulous Falafel that are avalibale in Sainsbury’s and Ocado.
- What are the cooking instructions for your falafel?
- Chilled – our falafels are actually designed to be eaten straight out of the pack but can also enjoy them warm if you wish. Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas 6. Spread falafels evenly on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven for 8 minutes. Ensure they are piping hot before serving. Please note: appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Frozen – please follow the instructions on the bag.
