- Cooked Grains (Orzo)
- Mixed greens
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Broccoli (normal or tender stem)
- Roasted red peppers
- Olive oil

- Lemon Juice
- Chicken Breast or make it veggie/vegan with Ramona’s Falafel.
Preheat oven, and cook RAMONA’S Original Falafel until piping hot and crispy.
2.To your serving dish, add a layer of grains and grilled chicken breast.
3.Add tomatoes, chopped roasted peppers and mixed greens.
4.Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
5.Serve with a dollop of cannellini bean dip.
