Ingredients

  • Cooked Grains (Orzo)
  • Mixed greens
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Broccoli (normal or tender stem)
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Olive oil
  • RAMONA’S Cannellini Bean Dip
  • Lemon Juice
  • Chicken Breast or make it veggie/vegan with Ramona’s Falafel.

Method

1.

Preheat oven, and cook RAMONA’S Original Falafel until piping hot and crispy.

2.

To your serving dish, add a layer of grains and grilled chicken breast.

3.

Add tomatoes, chopped roasted peppers and mixed greens.

4.

Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.

5.

Serve with a dollop of cannellini bean dip.
