Vegetable Falafel Skewers

Ingredients

  • RAMONA’S Original Falafel.
  • Small punnet of tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • Half red Romano pepper
  • Half yellow bell pepper
  • 225g block of halloumi
  • This recipe makes 6 kebabs.

Method

1.

Defrost the falafel.

2.

Chop up the vegetables into large pieces and cube the halloumi.

3.

Assemble each kebab on a wooden skewer by alternating the halloumi, vegetables and falafel.

4.

Grill the skewers turning regularly until cooked.

5.

Serve immediately with dips. We recommend houmous and tzatziki.
