Ingredients
- RAMONA’S Original Falafel.
- Small punnet of tomatoes
- 2 onions
- Half red Romano pepper
- Half yellow bell pepper
- 225g block of halloumi
- This recipe makes 6 kebabs.
Defrost the falafel.
2.Chop up the vegetables into large pieces and cube the halloumi.
3.Assemble each kebab on a wooden skewer by alternating the halloumi, vegetables and falafel.
4.Grill the skewers turning regularly until cooked.
5.Serve immediately with dips. We recommend houmous and tzatziki.
