Ingredients
- Sliced Red Peppers
- Tortillas
- RAMONA’S Guacamole
- 4 Eggs/Tofu
- RAMONA’S Salsa
- Coriander
- RAMONA’S Black Bean Dip
Scramble eggs or tofu using your preferred method, once finished set aside for assembly.
2.To prepare the tacos: warm each tortilla in a pan over medium heat, flipping occasionally. Transfer warmed tortillas to a plate and cover with a tea towel to keep them warm.
3.Top each tortilla with scrambled eggs/tofu, followed by red peppers, RAMONA’S Black Bean Dip and Guacamole.
4.Finish with a dash of RAMONA’S Salsa and chopped coriander.
