Bangin’ Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients

  • Sliced Red Peppers
  • Tortillas
  • RAMONA’S Guacamole
  • 4 Eggs/Tofu
  • RAMONA’S Salsa
  • Coriander
  • RAMONA’S Black Bean Dip

Method

1.

Scramble eggs or tofu using your preferred method, once finished set aside for assembly.

2.

To prepare the tacos: warm each tortilla in a pan over medium heat, flipping occasionally. Transfer warmed tortillas to a plate and cover with a tea towel to keep them warm.

3.

Top each tortilla with scrambled eggs/tofu, followed by red peppers, RAMONA’S Black Bean Dip and Guacamole.

4.

Finish with a dash of RAMONA’S Salsa and chopped coriander.
